Kilo, for kilogram is the best to use for easuring the mass of a person. 1 Kilogram (Kg) = 1000 grams. For example, I have 60 kilograms (132.27 pounds). Mili is used for very small quantities (Mili = 1/1000 grams). Deci = 1/10 grams and deca 10 kilograms = 10.000 grams. Good luck !
